Smart trolleys for efficient industries and workplaces

We are expanding our range of smart, flexible, and stable trolleys with a FIFO trolley! The trolley is based on the same frame as our larger cardboard trolleys, but instead of shelves, it is equipped with a flow rack system built on roller strips. According to the FIFO model, you simply fill the trolley with bins from the back and pick the material from the front. The same roller strips can also be reversed to create a return path where the empty bins go back. Perfect for industrial flows with a lot of small parts or other packaging!

One frame creates the basis to endless combinations

Two of our trolleys, the cardboard trolley and FIFO trolley, are based on the same frame but equipped in different ways. Both variants are dynamic and can be constructed and combined entirely based on specific needs and workplaces with roller strips, shelves, and dividers. You can either start from one of our standard products or create your own combination. The frame is compatible with all our 670 mm accessories – everything from suspension beams and perforated panels to flexible arms and wire baskets. FLOW RACK

First In, First Out

Our new FIFO trolley is based on the working method First In, First Out. A flow that increases both ergonomics and efficiency, and makes it easier for industries to work with a Lean approach. The same roller strips can be used in both directions to tilt the bins forwards or backwards, they are also easily adjustable laterally for customized width.

FIFO trolley equipped with two shelves, 21 pairs of roller strips, and four wheels, of which two fixed and 2 swivel with brakes. Can be built in several different ways, either with roller strips throughout the whole trolley or roller strips in combination with shelves for more storage. Plastic bins and other accessories are ordered separately.

Cardboard trolley equipped with three shelves that can be mounted at any height, movable dividers (height 400 mm), and four wheels, of which two fixed and 2 swivel with brakes. Flexible to handle and move around, which makes it a perfect mobile storage solution for packaging.

LOW CARDBOARD TROLLEY

Lower trolley for cardboards

Cardboard trolley equipped with four robust wheels, two of which have brakes, bottom shelf in galvanized sheet metal, and four dividers. The dividers are 700 mm high and are easy to move around without tools for full flexibility, the total height of the handle is 1115 mm from the floor. A flexible trolley suitable for cardboards and other packaging.
