Rasmus Möller, sales: ”WFI is a company that, just like me, constantly wants to move forward”

During fall 2022, team WFI expanded with several new employees, and the sales department received a new addition in Rasmus Möller. Rasmus most recently comes from a company where he performed an internal development journey, from assembler to team leader, and last but not least salesperson. A role he felt at home in from the start – and now continues to strive forward within at WFI!

Internal development journey from assembling to sales
Immediately after graduating in 2019, Rasmus began his career at a company in the manufacturing industry, where he went from being employed as an assembler, to assuming the role as team leader, and finally taking the step to salesperson. All this within three years. During fall 2022, Rasmus encountered WFI, where he since October has been a part of the sales team.

– I felt like the role as salesperson was something that could suit me. Mostly considering that it is a varied profession where I get the opportunity to meet a lot of new people and plan my days according to that. Besides, I also find the business part of sales very fun!, Rasmus begins.

Further on, Rasmus describes what the first months at WFI have looked like.

– It actually felt really good from the start when I got in touch with WFI. The structure of the organization felt interesting, and I thought it was an exciting assortment. Even before the first interview, I got the feeling that it is a familiar company and a great group of people, and that image has been compatible with reality. I quickly became a part of the team as everyone was very welcoming and positive about me joining, Rasmus continues.

”Passionate about building new long-term relationships”
Just as Rasmus says, he has flexible days with a lot of varied tasks. For the most part, his work consists of being out on the roads and meeting current or potential customers, as well as maintaining continuous customer contact and planning from the office in Gnosjö.

– When I was hired, the need was to add one more salesperson to the sales team to be able to cover the entire country and make more frequent customer visits. It is a role that suits me well as I enjoy being out and about, meeting new people, and creating connections. When I have a full day of customer visits in the calendar, I usually make four visits on average. In addition to presenting us as a company and our products, I also work with educating retailers in both assortment and sales tools. For example, our configurator The Yelper, Rasmus says.

– The most fun part of my job is clearly that I get the opportunity to build new long-term relationships, it is something I am passionate about as I am very forward as a person. I constantly want to move forward, try new things, and develop in everything I do, both privately and professional. Therefore, it is important for me to work at a company that wants the same thing. And I quickly understood that WFI is an ambitious business with great drive. There is a lot of development potential for the individual here and I am excited to grow in alignment with the company!, Rasmus concludes.

–   I experience it as a company that cares about its employees and is very driven. There is a lot of commitment here, and it feels like it is important for the organization to involve their employees on that journey.

–   Mostly play padel and take part of social gatherings with friends!
