This guide provides a description of how you as retailer can search for and order products directly from our webshop. Questions? Email us at info@wfiab.se!

Login

Existing customers can login with their username and password.

Registration

Only for existing retailers. In order to shop from our webshop, you have to be registered with an account and personal login. The easiest way to do this is by submitting your details here or contacting us at info@wfiab.se. We will provide you with a username and a temporary password which you can change at "My Pages" after your first login.

Find what you are looking for

There are several ways to find the item you are looking for, you can:

• Click your way through our product navigation
• Use our search function to search for a specific product or article number 

Shopping cart

By clicking “Buy”, the item is added to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will see the number of items as well as the order amount. By clicking on “Proceed to checkout”, you will be sent to the checkout page where you can change the contents of the order. On the checkout page you can also save your shopping cart to a favourite list. The saved shopping cart can be retrieved and used at a later time.

Proceed to checkout

When you have finished shopping, click on “Proceed to checkout”, which you will find in the shopping cart. You can change the number of items as well as delete items. Make sure that the information is correct before completing your purchase.

Confirm the order

When all the information at the checkout page is correct, you select delivery and payment method. If applicable, fill in any other information you wish to provide us with and click on “Complete purchase”.

Receipt

The receipt is your confirmation that we have received your order. While the receipt is being processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration. 

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, the products will be delivered immediately from our warehouse.

Order history

You can find previous orders under "My Pages”. If you click on an order, you will see more detailed information as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and use it as a basis the next time you want to shop. If you click on the item number, you will see all completed deliveries. In the order overview you can see if a package is traceable via our tracking feature.
